1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StepSlayer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. User Behavior & Safety

StepSlayer involves physical activity outdoors. You agree to:

• Always remain aware of your surroundings and obey local traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Not trespass on private property while playing.
• Use the application at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from your physical movement while using the app.

3. Content Ownership

Users may create and publish their own quests ("Adventures"). By publishing a quest, you represent that you own the content or have permission to use it. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates community guidelines or is illegal.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro memberships are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, including but not limited to cheating on leaderboards or publishing offensive content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
